The Academic Resources Recommender System (ARReS) includes collection of Theses and Dissertations available in the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges Library.
Today's technological advancements have shifted their focus to education. The use of technology has reached its peak in terms of offering long-term solutions for delivering and learning quality education, processing data, record keeping and in the enrollment system. The Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges' current enrollment method is already done online, the enlistment and registration were all available on the system. However, CSPC's online enrollment system was always down during the registration period, and there were several faults and flaws with the system that put many clients at risk. Some students were enrolled but lacked subjects, the sectioning limit was broken, and class lists were mismatched. Therefore, to resolve the indicated problems, the proponents of this study were inspired to conduct a study to develop an improved Online Enrollment System that is accurate, faster and robust to accommodate multiple numbers of the user at a time. The study used Extreme Programming (XP) Model to determine the process of the developed system. The registrar staff, deans’ staff that engaged with enrollment and the student or CSPC are the respondents of this study. The researchers conducted an interview and survey through online on the Dean’s Office, Registrar Office and CSPC Campus to gathered data that helps to solve the problems. Then, it is showed that the overall interpretation of the system is highly acceptable with the weighted of 4.29 in terms of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the University Integrated Information System: CSPC Online Enrollment Management System.
