Technology changed the life today, most of the transactions are done through the use of technology. Online enrollment is a great help to everyone on processing their enrollment transactions online, it’s more convenient and efficient. The study aimed to develop a system that can minimize the problems encountered in the Ocampo Academy Technological Institute Incorporated. To solve the existing problem by the Ocampo Academy Technological Institute Inc. the specific objectives of the study are; to determine the existing process of enrollment, to develop online enrollment, to evaluate the experience of end-users on the performance displayed by the system using the ISO 25010 standard such as functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability as well as to determine the significant difference of the existing and new developed system in terms of speed and accuracy. For data gathering, the researchers used interview and questionnaires. The computed weighted average mean during the evaluation on the level of agreement of the users to the new developed system is 4.65 in terms of the ISO 25010 standards wherein the end-users were strongly agree with the characteristics displayed by the system. Furthermore, in terms of the significant difference of the manual and new developed system the computed p-value is 0.00 wherein it is less than the alpha 0.05. Therefore, there is a significant difference on the satisfaction of the end-users using the new developed and existing process of enrollment.
