The goal of the study was to create a system that would allow incoming students to apply for various courses via the internet. To identify the issues with the current system, to create a University Integrated Information System (UIIS) for CSPC Admission, to assess the significant difference in acceptability between the proposed and existing system in terms of ISO 25010 Product Quality Metrics, and to provide a user-friendly interface for STA Office. It entailed identifying the existing system's flaws, as well as the needs and technologies needed to create an Online Application System. It demonstrates how a student can register and check their acceptance status on the website through the internet with the least amount of hassle, with greater data security and correct paperwork from the admissions office, system can speed up the way of admitting the student. The researcher used the Extreme Programming, used descriptive method research to achieve its objective. In gathering the data, research conduct an observation, interview, and survey. The respondents of this study were the STA Staff, first-year students and transferee. The researcher used the Total Enumeration Techniques in this study, researcher employed the weighted mean to assess the data gathered. Furthermore, upon evaluation of the level of acceptability of the system, the result shows with a weighted mean of 4.56,the respondents agree that the proposed system is highly acceptable. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Integrated Information System: CSPC Online Application and Admission.
