Computerization is a great help, especially for periodically undergoing in some evaluations that needs a lot of documents retrieval, which means these documents must be stored to preserve from deterioration. This study generally aimed to develop Computerize School-Based Document Management System that would help to preserve documents in BNHS. Its specifically aimed to determine the problems encountered in manual school-based management; to evaluate the level of acceptability of the proposed computerize school-based document management system according to ISO25010 criteria; and to determine the significant difference between the level of satisfaction of end-users on the usage of the manual and proposed computerize school-based document management system. The research utilized the developmental research method with the mix method research design. The respondents were the teaching staff, administrative aide, and the principal of BNHS. On the system development side, researchers use the systematically iterative software development methodology. On top of the gathered data, the result showed some the problems encountered were misplacing of data, time consuming, no time stamp and leak of data information. Further, upon the evaluation of the level of acceptability of the system, the result shows a weighted mean of 4.62, the respondents agree that the developed system is highly acceptable in terms of the ISO25010 criteria. Moreover, upon determining the significant difference of the level of satisfaction of end users, the result shows that there is a significant difference between the manual and proposed system. As a result, it is acceptable to implement the Computerize School-Based Document Management System.
