Education is a powerful agent of change, helps improve health and livelihoods, and builds on long-term economic growth. Technology furnishes students with easy-to- access information, advanced knowledge, and great opportunities. The computer serves a crucial part in our society, most especially on school premises to keep up with modern technology. While the population of students continues to grow, it could cause difficulties in handling the manual enrolment process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to convert the manual enrolment into an automated process. Automation normally decreases the necessity for human deliberation or exertion while accomplishing the task. The study used the Iterative Life Cycle Model ensuring that the development of the system goes through a proper process from the beginning up to the deployment. Wherein the allotted date and time for each process should be met and addressed. In gathering data, the researchers conducted an interview and survey on Balaogan National High School admin, teachers and faculty, parents, and students. The result indicated that the current manual enrolment process should acquire a much more reliable tool to enhance the process. Furthermore, the BNHS Enrolment Management System is a tool that is capable, reliable, and efficient to implement to enhance the process of the current enrolment system and its services. Through the system evaluation and testing conducted, the result shows that the developed system is acceptable in terms of Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, and Security based on ISO 25010 Criteria for Software Product Quality Assurance Metrics.
