MATACON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (MNHS) WEB-BASED ENROLLMENT SYSTEM

Technology has significantly contributed to the changing nature of work in the modern era particularly in the academics. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, most of the schools encountered difficulties upon admission of the students. With this, the researchers conducted a study generally to develop an online web-based system intended to assist the manual process of enrollment in Matacon National High School to provide better services to users, consistent, timely data and promote efficiency by converting the manual process to a computerized program. The conducted study determined challenges such as manual process performed too much workload, papers and inaccurate data storage. The Matacon National High School (Mnhs) Web-Based Enrollment System objectively underwent ISO 25010 (functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, portability) testing to manage system efficiency. The study used Agile Model to appropriately execute initial state, planning, requirement analysis, designing building, testing, and deployment. The respondents of the study were the student and employees of the Matacon National High School. In gathering the data, the researchers conducted a survey questionnaire to the respondents in MNHS interpreted by Likert Scale, Weighted Mean, Thematic acceptable with the average weighted mean of 4.06 to the respondents of the MNHS. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Matacon National High School (MNHS) Web-based Enrollment System.
