This study was conducted to develop and design a computerized system that will help the difficulty in Student Affairs and Services Office in terms of managing of information of every organization, managing of events and generating reports. Specifically, this study aims to determine the level of performance of the proposed system in terms of functional suitability, reliability, usability, and performance efficiency in criteria of ISO 25010. The researchers used the Rational Unified Process Model as the Software Development Methodology. It’s a method of breaking down a major applications software development into smaller portions. Knowing how data flows into and out of the current system in SASO, as well as knowing the organization internal protocol will help us a guide in building and constructing the suggested website of Students Affairs and Services Office. The Descriptive Method is used by the researcher to gather data. The respondents of this study were the Student Affairs and Services Office Staffs and the student member in any organization. The researchers used interview and survey questionnaire serves as the instrument for collecting data. The analysis of the data showed that the proposed system has an excellent performance in terms of functional suitability, reliability, usability and performance efficiency based in the criteria of ISO 25010. Therefore, it highly recommended that the proposed system Web-based Student Organization Management System (SASS: Student Affairs and Services System) should be implemented to respond the problem encountered and for the needs of Student Affairs and Services Office.
