During in this technological era where almost everything can be accomplished with the help of the machines and computers. This makes every individual’s task can be accomplished in a short period of time in which also enables us to proceed from one task to another task or both in terms of multitasking. This study was conducted to develop a web- based grading portal that will enable the faculties of San Agustin (Stand Alone) Senior High School in managing their academic document throughout the school year and succeeding years. The study used mixed method thru thematic analysis in order to determine the problems encountered in the existing grading system and to develop a web-based grading system and portal. The respondents of this study are the students and faculties of San Agustin (Stand Alone) Senior High School, specifically the administrator, senior high school coordinator, registrar and teachers. The data were gathered through interview guide in determining the problems encountered. On the other side, the evaluation of the developed system was analyzed through weighted mean, Likert scale. The result shows that the developed system is highly acceptable in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability and security. The system satisfies the user in their common difficulty that they experience as it has repository where the documents can easily be stored and retrieve, saves space and document preview before printing, automation of grades for easily computation. Lastly, the students can be notified when their requested document are available for pickup from the registrar.
