DEVELOPMENT OF STA.JUSTINA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL CLINIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This project is a clinic management system that will be utilized to keep track of patient information at Sta. Justina National High School features a teleconference for online consultation in addition to keeping track of medical types of equipment and medicines. This project is a web-based platform. The system main objectives are to improve their recording process and to have an online consultation in the clinic of Sta.Justina National High School. The scope of this system includes systematic online consultation with email notification for the students to make an online consultation.The software development methodology that used in this project is the waterfall methodology because this is a well-known and widely utilized software development methodology. In addition, the research design used is mix method for both quantitive and qualitative data. The researcher conducted an interview and survey on the Sta. Justina National High School Clinic to identify the problems encountered as well as to determine the level of acceptability of the system developed. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using Weighted Mean and the four-point Likert scale. In terms of overall interpretation thus, therefore, indicated that the developed system is highly acceptable to the respondents with a weighted mean of 3.74. As a result, it is reasonable to implement the developed Sta. Justina National High School Clinic management system. This will be an iterative process to make the system usable and simple to use for the user.
