Online processes catalyze everyday transactions of a business mostly nowadays that the world is experiencing the Pandemic brought by the COVID-19. The Pili National High School adopted new online enrollment last year through Google Form. The researchers conducted a study that discovered constraints and challenges of the Google Form, such as high risk for redundancies, still manually checking and recording of the data. With these, this study conducted primarily purposed was to develop centralized and organized online portal also to cater online enrollment, monitoring of grades and appointment system that objectively underwent ISO 25010 criteria testing’s (functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, portability) to assess system efficiency. The adopted Extreme Programming methodology helps the researchers to properly perform planning, managing, coding, testing and deployment stages. The study adopted a Quantitative research method. The data gathering was participated by the respondents which are the Pili National High School students, parents, and school faculty staff through a random interview and survey questionnaire. Also, physical outlook of school documents for instance enrollment form contributed for system design and data. The results gathered were analyzed and interpreted using Weighted Mean, Percentage Technique and Slovin’s formula. Furthermore, after assessing the developed system's level of performance, with an overall average Weighted Mean of 4.93 interpreted as highly acceptable in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability the PNOP: Pili National High School Online Portal passed all the required technical and software qualifications and was reasonable to implement.
