Web is one of the most used tools by the people around the world. Developing a web-based information management system is a preferable option for managing paper-based documents. With these, this study was conducted to develop a web-based information management system for the National Service Training Program Office of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges. The study determined the current process of information management in the said office and the present developed system. The study determined the levels of acceptability of the developed system according to ISO25010. The respondents of this study are the student of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges taking National Service Training Program and the office personnel. In gathering the data, the researchers prepared a questionnaire and did a face to face interview. The gathered data was analyzed and interpreted using weighted mean. Analysis of the data says that it is Above Average in terms of level of acceptability according to ISO25010 compared to the current process which has the rating of acceptable. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Web- based Information Management System for national Service Training Program office of Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges.
