The existence of Corona Virus Disease 2019 in society brings a threat to the economy, livelihood, and most especially to the health of everyone. Due to the physical transaction, the implementation of contact tracing is an effective control strategy for controlling disease transmission since this strategy involves identifying cases and their contacts. Generally, this study determined the automation of manual operations of contact tracing in Regina Mondi College Incorporated. Researchers systematically follow the phases of Extreme Programming methodology such as planning, managing, designing, coding, and testing. The study used a mixed method, it is a combination of qualitative, quantitative and developmental research design. The respondents of this study were the students, employees and visitors of Regina Monde College Incorporated. In gathering the data, researchers used a survey questionnaire and conduct an interview, also gathered data were interpreted using Weighted Mean. Based on the analysis of the gathered data, researchers identified problems such as sometimes it's hard and time consumable to manage and monitor, lack of resources and storing facilities and sometimes it difficult to arrange, sort, and retrieve log records. Further, upon evaluation of the level of performance of the developed system, it showed that system has an outstanding performance in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, and usability with the weighted mean of 4.74. Based on the assessment of findings, the researchers concluded that the developed system gained with the overall rating of outstanding performance. The Regina Mondi College of Incorporated and other establishments or companies may adopt the developed system.
