The COVID-19 pandemic faced several challenges and had a significant impact on world public health, particularly in the Philippines. It led to a significant change in information storage and retrieval, specifically in each COVID-19 patient's health records. Thus, a study has been conducted to develop a system that will digitize the storage and management of important documents related to the barangay's response to Covid-19 in San Juan Bato, Camarines Sur. In general, the objective of this study is to assist the barangay San Juan in Bato Camarines to shift from paper-based to digitalized management and monitoring of COVID-19 response- related records. To address the objectives of the study, the researchers used a mixed-method research design and the SDLC-Agile model. The study's respondents were barangay officials in San Juan Bato, Camarines Sur, specifically the barangay captain, barangay councilors, and the barangay health emergency response team (BHERT). The data was gathered using a research-made questionnaire and a weighted mean was used to evaluate and interpret the data collected. The research findings indicate that the Barangay San Juan Bato encountered different problems in records management and monitoring, such as manually updating records, losing files, and others. Additional functionalities, such as an additional settings tab, quick links, and others, were added to the developed system as recommended by the respondents. In addition, the results indicated that the developed system's performance and acceptability were excellent and highly acceptable. Therefore, it is a good opportunity to implement the Barangay Health Emergency Response Information Management and Monitoring System.
