The barangay of San Isidro, Iriga City's event management seeks to employ technology as much as possible. With the new normal, engaging in more integrated and easy processing is what the individual constituents needed to connect in the barangay. Further, events management and scheduling are vital in the continuous service of the barangay San Isidro. With these, this study was conducted to develop a system that will digitize the events management and scheduling through internet connectivity. Generally, this study determined the problems encountered in terms of events management and scheduling to which it was the basis on the development of the web-based event management system. The study used a descriptive form of quantitative research to determine the problems in managing an event within barangay San Isidro. The respondents of this study were the barangay official, staff and constituents of the barangay San Isidro. In gathering the data, researcher made questionnaires were used for the survey and observation. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using Weighted Mean. The analysis of the data showed that the developed web-based event management system was highly acceptable in terms of functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, usability, reliability, security, maintainability and portability. Furthermore, the analysis showed that the performance of the developed web-based event management system was high acceptable by the respondents of barangay San Isidro. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Web-based Event Management System (WBEMS) of San Isidro, Iriga City.
