By converting manual processes to a computerized system, the researchers established a system that aims to deliver better services to users, provide meaningful, consistent, and timely data and information, and enhance efficiency. In general, the study's goal is to assess the current process and design a safer and accurate Web-Based Module Monitoring System with Quick Response Code. This study employs the Waterfall software development technique. The respondents of the study were the students and faculty of Regina Monde College Inc. To help and solve the problems encountered, the research method that the researchers used is the mixed method research strategy based on the general and specific aims of this study while the research instrument used are survey and questionnaire for the quantitative approach. The overall interpretation thus revealed that the suggested system is acceptable to the respondents. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Web-Based Module Monitoring System with Quick Response Code.
