For the past few years, the population has been quickly increasing. This implies that the freshly born baby's personal information will be documented in great detail. The researchers used this information to create a system that aims to give better services to users. Give an efficient and effective system. In general, the study intends to evaluate the problem encountered of Letty’s Birthing Home staff and development of Birthing Home Information Management System to make it more secure and run accurately. The study used Agile Model to determine the cycle of the developed system. The respondents of the study were the staff of the Letty’s Birthing Home in Sta. Justina West, Buhi. .In gathering data, the researchers conducted an interview and survey on the Letty's Birthing Home to help and solve the problems encountered. Then, the overall interpretation showed that the system is acceptable to the respondents of the proposed system. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Birthing Home Information Management System
