A manual system of any institution performs an inevitably limited and tedious process. The researchers conducted the study which is Record Management and Scheduling for St. Paul the Apostle Parish generally to develop an automated web-based that later will serve as a management system dedicated for the church functionalities such as data storage, and scheduling. Also, to ensure the efficiency of the system it underwent ISO 25010 several testings’ including such as functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability. Based on the conducted study manual processes of the church encountered inaccurate computation, delayed scheduling, and challenges for back-up recovery of data. The researchers used the Extreme Programming Life Cycle software development methodology to systematically perform planning, designing, coding and testing all throughout the project-load. In gathering the data needed, the researchers used a mixed method methodology which is the combination of quantitative and qualitative to expand interpretation of data. The study was conducted to the church staff and parishioners through a survey questionnaire and interview, interpreted by Weighted Mean, Frequency and Formula in getting the sample size based on the margin of error. Further upon evaluation of the intended system testings’ which resulted for an overall Weighted Mean of 4.93, meaning it is strongly accepted by the respondents. Therefore, Web-Based Church Services Record Management and Scheduling for St. Paul Parish passed the ISO 25010 (functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability) which is reasonable enough for the system to deploy in the church.
