Change and innovation go hand in hand that integrative technology drives the majority of advances. Attendance and payroll systems are very common nowadays, but the majority of these systems do not work together. With this, the researchers developed a system that intends to provide the integration of payroll, scheduling, and attendance monitoring. Generally, the study intends to create a reliable and user-friendly solution for monitoring attendance, integrates automatic computation of gross and net salary, and implement a secure issuance of payslip for the employees of Standbee Foods Corporation. The study used both developmental and quantitative research with a descriptive-comparative method to determine the significant difference between the performance of the existing and the developed system. The respondents were the service crews of Standbee Foods Corporation. In gathering the data, researcher-made questionnaires were used. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using Weighted Mean. Analysis of the data showed that the developed system was very efficient that has an overall weighted mean of 3.44 compared to the existing system that was unsatisfied which has an overall weighted mean of 2.21 in terms of efficiency, functionality, reliability, and usability. Furthermore, the analysis showed also that the performance of the developed system was significantly different from the existing system has a p-value of 0.009985 in terms of Efficiency, 0.009627 for Functionality, 0.008921 for Reliability, and 0.009513 for Usability. Therefore, it is reasonable to implement the Integrated Payroll, Scheduling, and Attendance Monitoring System using Biometrics in Standbee Foods Corporation.
